JLM Mayfair is founded, offering bespoke mortgage and finance advice to a private clientele across London's high value property market.

2008–09

JLM navigates private clients through the global financial crisis, focusing on capital preservation and the careful arrangement of finance in a contracting market.

2012

Olympic-era confidence brings record international capital into prime central London. JLM formalises its international desk to serve an expanding overseas clientele.

2016–17

Stamp duty reforms and the Brexit vote redraw the market. JLM advises through the recalibration, reinforcing its position as a discreet adviser of choice.

2020–21

The pandemic shifts the calculus of city living. JLM expands its country house and family office desk, advising on a new generation of long-hold financing.

2024

JLM Mayfair launches JLM Mayfair Solutions, a complementary collection of tailored financial planning services for existing and new clients.
